The flagship loop

Describe, propose, preview, dry-run, commit, and review.

The default way to do anything in Semogram is to ask in plain language. Semogram proposes, you review, and only then does anything commit.

Steps

  1. Describe: state what decision you need help with, in your own words. For example: "Forecast renewal risk for our top 20 accounts next quarter."
  2. Proposal: Semogram produces a structured plan shown as a reviewable proposal — what it will build, which data it will use, and what will change. Never raw text alone, never a silent action.
  3. Preview: see exactly what will be created or changed, in human terms, with the affected records and systems named.
  4. Dry-run: where applicable, run without committing and inspect the results first.
  5. Commit: your explicit action. Nothing commits on implication, and every AI action stays reversible.
  6. Feedback: approvals, rejections, and corrections are captured and become durable memory for future proposals.

Tables, records, and history views are the durable, inspectable result of that loop — there if you want to verify anything yourself.
